The program has interdisciplinary mobile teams that provide services in the homes and communities where people live. Services are all inclusive – not brokered. Services include assistance in living, learning, working and socializing in the communities where consumers live. The multidisciplinary teams provide psychosocial evaluations, individual training/counseling in life and social skills, employment, housing, medication and a variety of case management support.
The teams are accessible 24/7 as needed for emergencies.
One ACT team works specifically with individuals who have frequent jail admissions (typically misdemeanor arrests) and chronic homelessness.

Residential Supports
GRO recognizes that decent, safe and affordable housing is a basic need essential to good health, recovery and growth. Residential Supports offers quality apartment living and the assistance necessary for sustained quality living. Through our subsidized permanent supportive housing program, we lease apartments to persons enrolled in the ACT programs. All facilities are ADA compliant and convenient to public transportation, recreation and shopping.
